Drowned during an underwater search for two missing children in Warrington.
Police Memorial Tribute
In the course of a missing person investigation PC Moore, in his capacity as a Police Diver, was called in to help search for the two children but drowned while participating in an underwater search at Howley Weir, on Knutsford Road, Warrington.
He was survived by his wife and four children.
