Fatally injured when his motorcycle was in collision with a car at Twickenham, while travelling to report for night duty at Chiswick.
Police Memorial Tribute
Scott, who originated from Bradford, had two years police service and was based at Chiswick Police Station as a patrol and response team officer.
He was survived by his parents and two younger sisters.
