Killed in a road accident on the A82 at Loch Lomond while acting as the observer in an unmarked traffic car.
Police Memorial Tribute
His colleague, PC Neil Jeffrys, sustained serious head injuries and remained in hospital until his death nine years later, on 2nd November 2011.
