Roll of Honour Citation
Died from his injuries almost four weeks after the passenger train on which he was travelling was in collision with a train carrying ballast at Billing.
Police Memorial Tribute
Sergeant Wilson was returning from the Quarter Sessions at Northampton with two colleagues, Superintendent Lewis Poole and PC Thomas Barrett who died on 18th and 19th October respectively.
