Fatally injured while on patrol when he collided with a pedal cyclist and was thrown from his motorcycle.
Police Memorial Tribute
While on patrol during the early evening, in heavy rain and poor visibility, PC Black collided with a pedal cyclist at South Cape, Laxey, and was thrown from his motorcycle, sustaining fatal injuries.
