Shot dead, at close range, by terrorist gunmen while on foot patrol with a colleague in West Belfast.
Police Memorial Tribute
Gary’s colleague, Constable Harold John Becket, was also killed when two terrorist gunmen ran up behind them as they walked from Castlecourt to Queen Street.
