Roll of Honour Citation
Killed alongside three colleagues by the explosion of a terrorist bomb placed in a trailer near the road in Killeen, Newry.
Police Memorial Tribute
Three other officers, Inspector William James Wilson, Constable Tracy Ellen Doak and Reserve Constable Stephen George Rodgers, were also killed in the explosion that, shortly before 10:00am, destroyed their armour-plated patrol car as they escorted a security vehicle taking money to a bank in Belfast.
