Found dead on duty early in his shift after suffering a medical episode while on patrol.
Police Memorial Tribute
Unable to contact him on the radio his colleagues set out to locate him and having done so began CPR which proved unsuccessful.
PCSO Gower was a known diabetic but it is not known whether this was a factor in his death.
