Killed in an early-morning road traffic collision while returning home from night-duty in Edmonton.
Police Memorial Tribute
PC Lashmar died after his car was in collision with a lorry trailer on the Flamstead End Road, about 6:18am, as he returned home from night-duty in Edmonton where he had been based for twelve years.
Brian left a wife and two children.
